CREAR, ABRIR Y CERRAR UNA BASE DE DATOS

1. CREAR UNA BASE DE DATOS

a) Hacer clic sobre la opción Nuevo del Botón de Office

b) Selecciona la opción Base de datos en blanco.

c) seleccionar una plantilla para crear una nueva base de datos basada en ella.

2. SE CREARA NUEVA BASE DE DATOS

a) Esta asignara una extensión de ACCDB

b) panel de exploración en esta se seleccionan todos los objetos que sean creados dentro de la base de datos.

c) Desplegando la cabecera del panel, seleccionar qué objetos mostrar y de qué forma.

3. CERRAR LA BASE DE DATOS

a) ir al Botón de Office y pulsar el botón Salir de Access.

b) hacer clic sobre el botón Cerrar

4. ABRIR UNA BASE DE DATOS

a) Ir al Botón de Office, dar clic en Abrir

b)dar e botón inicio ,los documentos recientes

c)dar en inicio,todos los programas ,Microsoft ,Access .

-estos son la pantalla, las barras,etc, para diferenciarlos debo saber que son y que hacen.

ARRANCAR Y CERRAR ACCES 2007

Hay dos formas básicas de iniciar

1. ENTRAR A : botón de inicio

a) Programas

b) Buscar Microsoft office

c) Microsoft Access

2. DESDE ICONO ACCESS 2007 del escritorio

-CERRAR ACCESS 2007

a) Hacer clic en el botón X

b) Pulsar combinación teclas ALT+F4

c) Pulsar botón office y salir de ACCESS

- LA BARRA DE TITULO

Nombre de programa y archivo

- LA BARRA DE ACCESO RAPIDO

Guardar, imprimir, deshacer.

-LA BANDA DE OPCIONES

Son todas las opciones del programa agrupadas en pestañas

MICROSOFT ACCESS

Es un programa, sistema de gestión de base de datos creado y modificado, crear ficheros con base de datos.

BASE DE DATOS: conjunto de datos pertenecientes a un mismo contexto y almacenados sistemáticamente para su posterior uso.
